At Domiá Jewellery, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

Non-returnable items include:

Custom or personalised jewellery.

Sale or clearance items.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Return Process

Contact us at customerservice@domiajewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund according to your preference.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or import taxes.
